Send your dimensions, a sketch and photographs of the building. Tell us about the intended use of the space and any height restrictions so your enquiry starts with the right information.

Include clear photographs of the existing roof, panel joints and supporting structure. Compatibility needs checking before ordering; identifying an older Ultralite roof alone does not establish that new panels will fit.

Roof pitch, height restrictions, dimensions and drainage position are project-specific. Final specification, kit contents, price and delivery date must be confirmed in your quotation.

A few clear measurements and photographs help us understand your project. Use millimetres and mark any existing parts on your sketch.

Show the host wall, existing frames and roof. Mark the proposed downpipe position and any obstructions.
Tell us whether you need a new roof or replacement panels, plus your delivery postcode and preferred timescale.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Ultraframe’s latest order form uses the name Ultralite 2.0. Older Ultralite 500 literature remains online, but its performance figures and installation details should not be assumed to apply to the current version. Ask us to confirm the current specification for your project.
The September 2026 order form does not state these figures. We have therefore not carried over values from older Ultralite 500 literature. Request confirmation of the current thermal performance, structural limits and warranty before placing an order.
A panel replacement kit is listed on the new order form. Send photographs and measurements so compatibility can be reviewed before the replacement specification is agreed.
Request a quotation using your roof dimensions and delivery postcode. Pricing, availability and delivery timing depend on the agreed order; please confirm these before arranging installation.
