Ultraroof combines a structural roof system with lightweight tiles. Pre-prepared components help organise the installation, while optional full-length glazing brings daylight into the design.

Choice of tile finish
Ultraframe lists Carbon Grey, Harvest Brown and Terra Brick tile colours. Confirm the current finish options for your roof when requesting a quote.

Ask about full-length glazed panels to balance the tiled roof with daylight into the conservatory and adjoining room.

Start with the details that matter.
Include the roof dimensions, shape and pitch, tile preference, glazing positions, eaves detail and supporting frame information. Identify any wide openings and changes to the existing structure.

Your written quotation should identify the roof components, glazing or panels, chosen finishes, roofline items and any accessories included.
Confirm delivery, VAT, lead time and anything you must source separately. Frames, installation, access equipment, electrical work and finishing trades should never be assumed to be part of a roof kit.

Can Ultraroof replace a glass or polycarbonate roof?
It can be specified for replacement projects, subject to survey and the suitability of the existing support. A kit order does not itself verify the frames, walls or foundations.
Can I include glass in a tiled roof?
Ultraroof can incorporate full-length glazed panels. Their positions and specification are agreed as part of the roof design.
Are plastering and installation included?
This is a supply-only roof kit offer. Installation labour, plastering, electrical work and other site work are not included unless expressly listed in the quotation.
